For families struggling to navigate the educational system with special needs, the Jonathan Foundation Fundraiser, an annual event devoted to aiding children with learning disabilities, is a ray of hope and empowerment. Raising awareness, money, and support for the important work done by The Jonathan Foundation—a nonprofit dedicated to giving resources, advocacy, and help to kids with learning disabilities—is made possible in large part by this campaign

Actor James Pickens, Jr. from Grey’s Anatomy and actress Kathleen Bradley from The Price is Right and Friday were the hosts of the annual charity dinner. The recipient for this year was supermodel and actress Amanda Booth. Booth gave birth to her son Micah, who has Down syndrome and autism, and went on to become a champion for media inclusion. We can guarantee that kids with learning disabilities have access to the tools, opportunities, and support they require to flourish by pooling the resources and efforts of individuals and organizations that support The Jonathan Foundation. By working together, we can assist these kids reach their full potential and have a lasting impact on their lives.
About The Jonathan Foundation
The Jonathan Foundation is a private non-profit 501 (c) 3, formed in 2001. Founded by Raja Marhaba, it all began when both of her sons were diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities. Today both of her boys Jonathan and Omar sit on the Board of The Jonathan Foundation and are actively involved. They connect with our special needs children on a level most people cannot because they lived the path these children are currently walking.
