The 16th Annual A Pink Pump Affair, is a glamorous and major event devoted to raising awareness and funding for people with special needs and their families, was held by the Special Needs Network (SNN), marking a landmark milestone. This year’s event celebrated compassion, empowerment, and inclusivity by bringing together a diverse collection of supporters, advocates, and celebrities at a prestigious Los Angeles venue. The Special Needs Network is a nonprofit dedicated to provide advocacy, information, and support to people with autism, developmental disabilities, and other special needs. The Pink Pump Affair is one of their flagship events. SNN puts forth great effort via all of its programs and activities to guarantee that people with special needs have access to the opportunities and services they require.

The purpose of the event is to honor exceptional people who have made a major contribution to global progress and development. The Emmy Award-winning host, actor, writer, producer, and businesswoman Tamera Mowry-Housley has been selected to receive the Trailblazer Award. The Game Changer Award will be given to Alva Adams-Mason, Director of Multicultural Business Alliances at Toyota. Michael Jett, an entrepreneur and self-advocate for autism, will be given the Areva Martin Everyday Advocate Award, while Cristy Romero will get the Self-Advocate Award.

The event was hosted by Emmy Award-winning news journalist Pat Harvey, who will also be joined by a number of our generation’s most adored superstars, including Jackee Harry, Lil Rel Howery, Kym Whitley, Areva Martin and others.
